This event is open to all current high school, college, and university students in Canada.
Langara College affiliated teams are eligible to compete in the Langara division.

General Rules
You may only attack challenge targets that are explicitly marked in scope. Any attack, scanning,
exploitation, disruption of the CTFd platform, out-of-scope infrastructure, or interference with other players
is strictly prohibited.
No challenge in this event requires online brute forcing, aggressive scanning (e.g.,
nmap), or high-rate automated requests. Tools and techniques of this nature are
prohibited.
Absolutely no sharing of flags, partial flags, hints, writeups, scripts, or solutions,
including with non-teammates, on public forums, social media, or any other channel during
the event.
Do not beg, solicit, or ask for hints from anyone except your own teammates.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate disqualification of the relevant team.
If you believe you have submitted a correct flag that was incorrectly rejected by
the system, contact us immediately via a support ticket.
If you discover a bug, unintended vulnerability, or misconfiguration in the platform
or any challenge infrastructure, report it privately to the us via a ticket.

We reserve the right to update these rules if necessary. Any changes will be
announced in the Discord server and on the CTFd platform.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify or terminate any challenge or activity in competition
in the event of a security incident, platform compromise, or associated cyber risks of any nature.
Team Composition
Teams may have a maximum of 4 members.
Each participant may only join one team for the entire event.
Only official team members may collaborate on solving challenges for that team.

Prize Rules
Teams registered in the Open Division are eligible for prizes designated for the Open Division.
Teams registered in the Langara Division are eligible for prizes designated for both the Langara Division
and the Open Division.
To receive prizes, all team members should register using their school email or update their registration
to a school email. If your team wins a prize and you don’t have a school email, please contact us through

If your team wins a prize, the team captain will receive an email with instructions on choosing the gift card
for the team. Physical prizes will be handed out in person on Langara College campus.
Prizes will be sent out during the week after the event ends (February 23 - March 1).
